Fix & Flip, Joint Ventures, and Options in Canadian Real Estate

Fix & Flip is awesome for quick-turn cash flow, because you buy an undervalued property and only hold it long enough to increase it’s worth through renovations. While this strategy is well known, Barry’s creative approach gives it a unique spin.

Joint Ventures are collaborations between a Money Partner and a Knowledge Partner. If you have the know-how but not the cash, or vice versa, this strategy can infuse income and/or assets into your real estate business that you otherwise wouldn’t be able to access.

Options allow savvy investors to make money from deals that they themselves won’t be closing on! When your marketing and research turns up properties that are great but don’t fit your real estate business, you can still make money from them by selling the Option to Purchase to another investor.
