A (GREAT!) Year in Review and Some New Plans.

Well, 2017 is done and dusted. We can’t look back without being pleased, but it wouldn’t be a year in review without some thoughts about what’s happening in 2018 with our corner of the real estate world.

Recently participated in a Rapid Cash Program weekend, and cannot say enough positive things about the incredible quality of education, the amazing facilitators and focus team who spent the weekend giving of themselves and their knowledge and experience, and providing guidance for the program participants. Barry and Donna are two of the most authentic, genuine, and warm people you could meet. I learned a ton, met some amazing people, and feel prepared to jump into the next stage of my real estate investing journey.

Rapid Cash Program
I am a general contractor who has done a few flip properties over the years as well as a couple of rentals as a hobby.
Several months ago I made a decision to invest in my future and started to look at more education for real estate investment. My future will be an investor and I knew after learning about this course/program it would not only expedite my learning but it has propelled it. Barry McGuire and his team where a group of seasoned veterans with various techniques that are trade secrets that are so beneficial its hard to put a cost to. Once again I knew this course would be beneficial enough for me to travel from Ontario to Calgary ... Should you be thinking about Real Estate Investment and you are looking into courses I would highly recommend this course. I have been to others and they do not come close to the knowledge, wisdom or personal effort put forth by Barry and team, They are Genuine and down to earth. If you are thinking about a future in Real Estate Investment... I would highly recommend taking this course !

I just love Barry and Donna and his amazing focus team. I purchased Barry’s Rapid Cash Program – Streaming Edition. In this course, Barry brings collective wisdom to the students. The focus team can expose you to different ways of going about the same strategies. Each one of the Focus Team churns out their own approaches, which is amazing. I love the giving spirit of the focus team. A good leader brings people together, so I would say Barry is a great leader. Barry and Donna are such a beautiful couple.
Donna was so helpful in my process of purchasing the course. She was very quick responding all my questions and addressing all of my concerns. Donna is such a sweet lady.
I am grateful that I have been virtually surrounded by such a great team.

Barry McGuire is one of the best real estate lawyer in Canada. Barry understands Canadian real estate investors challenges when assigning and getting into Joint ventures, agreement for sale and lot more and is an expert in his field. Truly a professional and marvelous real estate professional.

If you are thinking about taking Barry and Donna's courses, just do it! I was in the same boat thinking about it and making excuses about why it wasn't the right time. IF you are a real estate investor, this is creative investing education and it will add extremely powerful tools to your toolbox!

Barry's courses and seminars are informative, well run and planned out and fully up to date with real estate strategies that work today.

I have been participating in free and paid real estate seminars for three years now with a goal of being a seasoned investor in real estate. Until I participated in Barry's courses and seminars I was always disappointed as the focus was less on educating the new investor and more on determining what other services that the presenter could sell to you.

Barry's seminars are well planned out, well presented with quality information and strategies that are up to date. Barry also brings in multiple experts in the field with varied experiences and therefore perspectives to give a fully rounded educational experience to advance your real estate investment knowledge.

Learning from Barry, Donna, and the entire team they have of mentors and educators has been by far the single best investment in becoming a knowledgeable and capable investor myself. The down to earth, real world education you receive from the programs offered leave you armed and ready to take action, and the continuous support after the program from the alumni is invaluable. If you are a real estate investor anywhere in Canada Donna and Barry McGuire's, Rapid Cash Program and Agreement for Sale, courses are an essential part of your education. I learned so much about assignments, rent-to-own and agreement for sale that it opened up a whole new world of opportunity that I never knew existed. If you ever came across ads for real estate investing telling you how you can invest with no money and no credit - well these are some of the creative ways you can do it. This will be one of the rare instances in life where the value you get will far exceed the small price you'd pay to attend. Barry is a LAWYER!! with over 25 years of experience. How often do you get to say that about your instructor. It simply doesn't get any better. What's more they are genuinely interested in your success. If you’re interested in learning about investing in Real Estate in creative ways you’ve never imagined, this focus series is for you. Follow up is top notch: have questions answered by the experts usually within minutes. Manuals and sample legal documents for those in Ontario as well. Organized by an amazing couple who know their stuff. Don’t hesitate in opting into this education!

Where does one begin to describe the level of education that can so radically change one's life? The practical tips, the current and relevant forms, workbooks, the support and access to help all align with Barry's (and Donna's) value's of offering a true Canadian course on creative real estate solutions. They are very generous with their knowledge and time. They desire to see you be successful - without constant upselling to take another course to get the "real secrets". They share the secrets!! If you are wanting to grow your real estate business there isn't anyone else that teaches it better than Barry. You can't afford NOT to take his courses!
